It was functional, large and with a sofa bed.

I had a wonderful time there. The staff and the accommodations were great. It was centrally locacted thereby allowing for easy access to dining, entertainment, shopping and nightlife. I enjoyed my stay and would again stay at as well as and recommend this resort to others.

Marvellous and gorgeous location, easy walk to a bus station if needed. Courteous and good staff, really great stay...

The hotel has a good location, with a decent beach. Rooms are large and fully equipped.

Price/quality-ratio was not very good, the floors in the room are dirty and there is only one restaurant, serving greasy American food. Most rooms come with a nice seaview but some face the parking lot. Hotel staff was mostly ok but a more service-oriented attitude wouldn't hurt.

Location of resort and nice beach and pool facilities

I paid extra for an ocean view, what I got was a view of the restaurant that was between our room and the beach. The restaurant was 3 steps from our balcony. On one night of our stay the restaurant was holding some event and there was a continuous line of people standing in front of our balcony leaning on our balcony rail taking and waiting to be seated while my wife and I were trying to sit on the balcony and enjoy our time together away from home. Our room number was 7126.

We were impressed with how efficient and friendly all of the staff were. They went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Location is perfect! We spent much of our time on the property itself - something we did not do when we stayed at different hotel on Simpsons Bay.

Fine beach scenery

The staff was warm and welcoming gave accurate and helpful advice about the resort and the island (St Maarten ) in general must say my first time and wont be my last.

The resort needs to have a couple take along food storage containers weather disposable or reusable. I payed 2bucks for a Styrofoam disposable container at toppers I can get an entire stack for that.

The room and facilities were great. The whole complex was very friendly and well maintained. There were plenty of activities should you wish to join in. The pool and beach area were great. It was easy to walk to nearby restuarants and bars to eat and drink. We had a fantastic time and would recommend to anyone visiting St Maarten.

The location was good.

We were there for three days and could only get room service on demand. At the check in one should explain in short what services could be expected. In the room one can smell the mildew. There were mosquitos and cockroaches in the room.

The friendly staff made check-in a breeze, and the amazing beach view from our king studio enhanced our relaxation. The semi-enclosed beach was perfect for a dip when local winds made swimming elsewhere challenging.

The toilet did not function. No hot water in the kitchen. Lights shorted out. Lots of mildew and water stains on the ceiling. 6 days before we could get a cleaning person to come to the room. Incredibly poor management!

Excellent studio room with all the everything you would need to serve a homemade dinner if you wanted to. Outstanding view of the beach and Bay.

Free WiFi is provided in the lobby area but would have liked it in the room.
